Japanese Version of “LIFE” Board Game Now has “Popular Voice Actor” Occupation

LIFE is one of the most popular board games played all around the world. The game was created back in 1860 by Milton Bradley. The game simulates a person’s travels through his or her life, from college to retirement. As you play, you will pick up jobs, get married, and possibly have children.

Takara Tomy, the company that produces the Japanese version of the game, released it’s 7th edition and it adds new jobs. One of those new jobs is “voice actor / seiyuu.” Over the past year, voice acting has become extremely popular.

The new edition even has a square where if players land on they would have to pay $2,000 for cosplay costumes.
